We take great pleasure and pride to source our fresh menu content from the local farming communities. Across the Ballyrobin menus you can find a large variety of locally sourced produce from Ewing’s fish to Silver Hill Duck, Lisnaskea Chicken to Glenarm Salt Aged Beef, Belfast Soda and Potato Bread to Gracehill Black Pudding, and Moyallon Dry Cured Bacon to Cullybackey Rare Breed Pork Loin. Working alongside Head Chef Jim Mulholland, we have spent considerable time and effort to ensure our customers receive the best quality of produce whilst supporting our local community.
